Demona - Scourge of the Wyvern Clan and Max Goof - Rebellious Teen each appeared in four of the nine lists. That's the widest reach any card had in this field.
Both tie for that, so neither one beats the other. Every player who ran Demona - Scourge of the Wyvern Clan ran a full playset. Max Goof - Rebellious Teen showed up in one to three copies depending on the list.
Who finished where
Fabrice Bailleux took second with Emerald/Steel Elinor Aggro, currently priced at $255.04. Elinor - Renowned Diplomat appeared in three of the nine lists. Each of those lists ran four copies.
The two 3rd-4th finishers split their ink pairs. Junior Franco ran Amber/Amethyst Midrange at $348.67. Daniele Stella ran the Emerald/Sapphire list already covered above.

Cheshire Cat - Inexplicable and Tod - Clever Fox both appeared as four-of playsets wherever they were played. Milo Thatch - Getting His Hands Dirty was the same. Mushu - Stealthy Dragon ranged from one to four copies depending on the build.
What the price spread tells you
The cheapest verified list in the top 8 is Daniele Stella's Emerald/Sapphire build at $108.12. The most expensive is Alessandro Danesi's Amethyst/Ruby Evasives at $409.06. That's a significant spread for players looking to enter the format without spending deep.
Florian Bertin's Amber/Emerald Songs at $191.62 is the second-cheapest top-8 list. Both of the cheaper top-8 options run Amber or Emerald, which aligns with the winner's ink pair.
